Certificate III In Property Services (Agency)

This is a great way for anyone to enter the real estate industry, as it contains pathways to a variety of different careers in real estate.

In your Certificate III study you will achieve understanding in the personnel roles and company structures of a real estate office, also the licensing requirements of the Sales Representative and Agent.

Starting with 3 days of Law you will come away with a thorough understanding of Contact and Property law in a real estate context. The understanding of risk management in real estate is also an essential part of your studies.

Your next 3 days will be focused on Property Management, you will cover all the details from ‘Listing the Property’ to ‘Implementing a Maintenance Plan’.

The remaining 3days will focus on documentation and the value of databases in the real estate industry.

There are also three (3) external assessments to complete these are specific to your personal development and working in a real estate office. They include:

  • Maintain workplace safety in the property industry
  • Meet customer needs and expectations in the property industry
